I have some insights from today - and from earlier in the year when I was running that I thought would be fun to share with you:
1. Surround yourself with beautiful people and you will see beauty everywhere
2. At the top of every hill there is an an amazing view
3. If you think you are lost… you probably are… someone may help you, OR most likely you will find your way by continuing to keep going, or by trying a different way
4. A "shortcut" is not always the shortest
5. Running with your mouth open first thing in the morning is NOT a good idea (bugs eaten=3, Spiderwebs=countless)
6. Can't = excuse, if you WANT to you CAN
7. 15km is just as far as you think
8. Sometimes stopping to take a breath is more effective than continuing to do..

11. Never complete food shopping when you're hungry
12. Chocolate is awesome at any age
13. Monopoly is a game onto to be undertaken when you have nothing to do for 5-6hours
14. Everyone should have Friday afternoon off - it's when your street is the busiest and you see some strange occurrences and are home to receive deliveries!
15. Sitting in the sun to eat lunch makes you very sleepy
16. Walking in the grass bare feet first thing in the morning is invigorating
17. Your story is just as interesting as someone else's, you just need to learn to tell it
18. Taking the first step on a journey is always the most challenging
19. Facing your fear can be just as exhilarating as ski-diving
20. Love comes from a special little place inside and radiates from you
I hope you all have a relaxing and fun-filled Friday night!
…Until Tomorrow xox
